The Urban Clinic Coconut Antioxidant Smoothie

This is a lighter, more refreshing version of our triple antioxidant smoothie. The coconut flakes and coconut water create the light nutty flavor and adding banana offers more calories and fiber. Try it today!

2 tblsp organic unsweetenend coconut flakes (or fresh coconut meat if available)
1 tblsp chia seed
1 tblsp organic raw cacao nibs
½ tblsp raw wheat germ
1 scoop unflavored whey protein powder (such as Natural Factors)
¾ cup coconut water
½ banana (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and enjoy that coco-nutty goodness!
